Environmental objectives, sustainable processes, optimization of resources, recycling of waste paper and de–inking

Clear focus on strategic objectives is the first step towards efficient operations and also for results to be promptly checked and verified. The Group aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Minimize the environmental impact of products, processes and the management of resources through the best available economically accessible technologies
• Minimize the environmental impact of production plants
• Involve and provide training for personnel to increase the cultural and knowledge of all with regard to the environmental issues, health and safety
• Choose suppliers who are mindful of sustainable development (in particular suppliers of raw fibrous materials) preferring those in possession of internationally recognized Chain of Custody certification
• Adopt specific emergency and prevention procedures in environmental and safety sectors
• Supply all interested parties with prompt information that is clear and open to dialogue and confrontation.
